The dictionary states that the word
Facilitate means ‘to make easier; to help bring about.'
As a massage therapist I realized early on
that I am not a healer but a facilitator.
I can find points of pain, areas of discomfort and work these areas for you.
However it is not by my will alone.
I work hand-in-hand with you, the client, to ‘help bring about' and ‘make easier' your own healing.
I attended the University of Alaska, Anchorage Massage Therapy program. It was an intense 630 hour course that prepared me to begin my career.
Along side of kinesiology, human anatomy, and the fundamentals of massage, I have also received training in acupressure, reiki, PNF, sports massage & bridging body/mind connections.
I look forward to furthering my education and bringing new modalities into my practice.
My greatest teachers are my clients...

"When you come to edge of all the light you know and are about to step off into the darkness...
Faith is then knowing that one of two things will happen.
There will be something solid to stand on or you will be taught how to fly..."
